JF The bimetallic composite bearing is based on high-quality low-carbon steel, and the surface is sintered with copper alloys with low friction properties (CuSn6.5P0.1, CuPb10Sn10, CuSn8Ni, CuPb24Sn4, AlSn20Cu) as the wear-resistant layer of the bearing.

 

Various types of oil grooves, oil holes, oil pockets, etc. can be processed on the surface of copper alloy according to the working conditions, so as to be suitable for occasions where it is impossible to continuously refuel or it is difficult to refuel. The material can obtain good joint strength and optimal bearing capacity through secondary sintering and secondary extrusion.
