FB090 bronze bearing adopts specially formulated high-density copper alloy strip as the base, and the surface can be rolled with diamond or hemispherical oil pockets and oil grooves according to user requirements. It has the advantages of high density, high bearing pressure, good wear resistance and long service life. It can replace the traditional cast copper sleeve, which can reduce the mechanical volume and reduce the cost.
FB090 has been widely used in lifting machinery, construction machinery, automobile tractor chassis, machine tool industry and mining machinery. It can also be made into bearing bushes, flanged bushings, thrust washers and ball bowls.
Product Description
FB092 bronze bearing, with bronze material as the base body, is machined with uniform and orderly oil injection holes, thin-walled bearings made by rolling, and lubricating grease is injected after assembly. The bearing has the advantages of large oil storage, convenient installation and small design, and can be used instead of copper sleeves, which can greatly reduce costs.
At present, this product has been used in medium-load and low-speed occasions such as conveyors, elevators, hoists, and levelers.
